I know this is a very similar look to all of my face of the day posts but to be honest, I am a lips and cheeks person, this is pretty much the smokiest my eyes will ever get. Two types of eyeshadow applied? Winner!
The rest of my makeup was exactly the same as yesterday's post. I used the rose coloured blush on the apples of my cheeks, softened out with the light pink; which is lightly shimmery to apply a gorgeous glow. I applied the light taupe shadow all over the eyelid and the darker brown shimmery shadow in the outer V of the eye, blended with my NP Set fluffy blending brush. It doesn't really show in the photo above, but it was darker than the photo portrays. I promise I smoked it up a little!
Adorning my lips was the gorgeous rose colour in the palette. Again, a soft balmy sheer colour which gives my lips a "my lips but better" appearance.
All in all I am kinda in love with all of the NP set stuff that I have, these palettes in particular. Beautiful colours, wearable despite all the blue, and eye shadows that don't crease and are super soft in texture.
PS. So sorry for the dodgy photos taken in the car... I ran out of time to take photos at home so I got clicking while Tim drove my to our date. He has a van, in case you were wondering about the mattress in the back.
PPS. Do you like my new hair? It's so bouncy!

Your hair looks fantastic! I wish I could get mine cut, but have been growing it for so long I'm nearly at my perfect length.
ReplyDeleteI love NP eyeshadows. The palette looks great!
I love the look of the eyeshadows, then suit you really well (I never do a dark eye either!) I like this look over yesterdays. :)
ReplyDeleteIf I hadn't seen the blush on you, I'd be a bit worried I'd only like the right blush but I now really want this NP Palette!
Hair looks AMAZING! And this palette looks great as well!
ReplyDeleteLove the sneaky mattress in the back, haha! xx
I love that mattress in the back... it is actually mine. So many wonderful sleeps on that thing!
ReplyDeleteThe colours are really soft and lovely, nothing is too dark and pigmented and scary at all. I love it!
ReplyDeleteThe palette is really wonderful. Oooooh the perfect length? So elusive :P
