The thing is, that whenever I go out, I don't feel quite "finished" without something on my lips. The problem with this is as soon as you eat or drink anything, hello horrible ring around your mouth!
It is a problem that I face a lot, making impromptu pictures kind of suck....

Rimmel Lasting finish is pretty great. I put it on before a big night out, and my pretty red lips were still in place after A LOT of drinks. I also tried it before a dinner, and same thing, still in place. To be honest, the only thing that it didn't last through was kissing... but hey, it can't be perfect, can it.
Plus, there was none of those "eww I just painted my lips with something like the consistency of paint and now it looks like dried blood" moments. It is a great, creamy lipstick which maintains it's creaminess for quite a while. It does start to dry out your lips after about 2 hours of wear, and then once you apply lip balm the colour starts to transfer off, but if you can handle/too drunk to notice your drying lips, its fantastic!
Plus, extra points because I bought it for about $6.95 at a priceline sale. I think it normally retails for about $9.95, which is still a pretty good bargain!
They also have a nice baby pink which I have been eyeing off for a little while too....
